[DUG] Associate and pass filename to Delphi app

Thanks for that selfless offer(!)
I seem to have all I need.

I'm just detecting if ParamStr(1) has a value in the OnCreate event of the main form and opening the the viewer with that filename if it does.
If there is no value then the form just displays as normal with a button to start the file selection process.

That's really all I need for this.
