[DUG] Win XP Themes

MessageIt doesn't cover much at all really.  Groupbox text and border is always painted in black instead of the theme color (blue), and the border is square rather than rounded.  TabSheets are the usual form color rather than off white, etc.  There are several components which do not look right with just a manifest.

  If you are installing this to enable xp themes in your app then you can get XP themes by using an XP manifest file.
