Although it would be possible, we don't really have any business
processess setup to handle people working offsite.

		We are mainly after junior developers (0 - 3 years
experience) for full time positions, but certianly wouldn't turn away an

		Delphi knowledge is not necessary (we find that people
with OOP knowledge pick up Delphi very quickly) but it is an advantage.
