[DUG] Delphi and automatic DTD processing to make .pas

I found this intriging quote in a 2004 posting in the Yahoo newsML news group

 "We're using Delphi and a pascal unit automatically created in Delphi by
  loading a DTD and getting a unit with all necessary code to create, load,
  save, update etc. (Now, I'm waiting for the new version of Delphi
where .NET is
  integrated to see if the same thing works there.)"

No further hints are provided.

Has any one any idea of how that is done please?
