Thanks for the information.

I did a diy for NZ trademark, only cost me around NZ$150 IIRC, no lawyer
involved.

It seems that upper end for patent in usa is around the price I paid for my
house five years ago. It is so dear.

For patent, its heaps...  like 20-100K..   :-)  Havent a clue about
trademark... but cant be too different ot the NZ cost which I think is
about $800.

Hi Nicholas,

I already used google to search and found the same page link you gave me.
That is the reason I realized that I can't apply myself. I have to use a
person most likely will be a trademark lawyer to do the job. That is the
reason I ask how much will it cost and hope someone already has this
experience in this list.
