[DUG] Mapping Components

It reads MapInfo files natively, but like most of these tools, reads the
tab files but not the geoset, so you don't get all of the display info,
however it does have its own settings files for this. It also doesn't
appear to load any of the display info from the individual features
either, so you don't get thicker lines or different symbols. It seems to
use Thematic mapping for this sort of thing.
