[DUG] migrate app from firebird to informix

Hi all in (what is left of) Delphi-land

I have been asked to investigate the possibility of migrating my cgi-
app from firebird db to Informix Dynamic Server 9.4

While I am trawling the net for info, is there anyone out here who 
has experience of the differences between the two and how they 
would affect my app?

>From what I can gather I will need to go to dbExpress. 
I am currently using IBDatabase, IBQuery, and IBTransactions to 
manipulate my data. At a quick look it looks like all my Db code will 
have to be changed.

Any further tidbits of info are welcome. (This could even breath 
some life into nzDUG list)
