[DUG] Delphi 2005, extreme memory use

I am finding the using Delphi 2005, it is consuming large amounts of
memory.  Most case it stops responding during a debug session, and never
returns

This happens about the point when it is using about 1.2 GB ram.  

I have fully patch the Install etc...

Mostly noticed during the development of web services.


Is anyone else finding this or has a solution.
