[DUG] Delphi 2006 snippet

Hi,
the error is:
Unable to connect to server. Check if the server is running and that the
connection settings are correct.
(Socket Error: 10061, Connection refused)

the server is w2K server - client on win xp pro, setup as a work group.
I can browse the server with explorer
I can connect to the sql server on the server

everything was fine then I shutdown the server to relocate it and then the
fun started.

I can go onto the server and everything is as it should be (services are
running).

Suppose I should try putting Star Team client on server and see if I can
check out.
