I recall having similar problems with TFrame descendants in the past 
which led me to
stop using the DFM's all together and hand construct them.

Same with a webmodule. In essence there is not much really being put on 
it that is not
easy to hand construct without using the visual designer. In the longrun 
you'll find it easier,
with a non-visual like WebModule.
