[DUG] Skill shortage?

Nah, Sun must be stoked at the number of future Java
developers getting trained by m$ (is there even a Java
equivalent of MSDN?) 
And m$ have basically committed to killing dotnet with 
that whole xaml thing in the future (though it won't 
look like that when they announce it - if it ever
does eventuate).

Meanwhile everyone just keeps building better 
(for various meanings of 'better') web apps.
