I would say increasingly more difficult. As far as I can tell a fair
percentage of Delphi users are contractors these days.
There are some big shops still using as far as I can tell, but a lot have
moved to .NET over the last 2 years.

Just wondering about some of Rohits comments and wondering how others saw
the current Delphi job market looking.
Is it easy, neutral or difficult at the moment to find a skilled delphi
programmer?
We're just in the process of hiring someone at the moment and Im just
interested to know about how the market is looking from the perspective of
others.
