[DUG] Runtime form Design

How big is the scope ?
Allowing users to design 1-2 forms, each form can display a set (or sub-set) of specific data - just 
arranged differently.
-OR-
Users have a free hand to design numerous forms using data from all over the place and displaying it 
in differing formats.
