[DUG] Web Service Debugging

Finally resolved... 2.5 days of time down the gurgler.  IT happened 
twice more, each time after automatic windows update forced by the 
local DNS.  They are breaking the aspnet config and iis config.

I have uninstalled Dexter - but debugging is still broken.

I get this when first starting -- it has to do with the time it takes
for the ASPNET worker process to start.

I find it goes away after the first time, and work find (until I need to
do a reboot due to mem bloating etc...)

This used to work on Friday.  The only thing that has happened is that I
have installed Dexter.

First the previously working apps stopped working with this error.  
Finally, this was solved by re-registering asp.net with the iis and
restarting iss.

Now, the debugger fails...

"Unable to start debugging on the web server.  Unable to attach to
ASP.NET worker process (aspnet_wp.exe).

Any clues anyone ?
