On the DeXter development newgroups available to beta testers, and in
Quanltiy Central if you check for bugs fixed for Delphi 10.0. Should be one
in there from me that involved parsing of properties using constant array
references for the read routine.

Ummm, there are a bunch of non C++ issues that have been fixed by Update 1.
The actual discussion about this is in the private DeXter newsgroups. The
C++ stuff is only a technology preview until its official release some time
next year, and is still being developed and tested. I don't follow that
stuff much as we are a Delphi shop, and have no C++ code to test with.
