[DUG] Next User Group(s) topics: PLEASE VOTE

Regrettably, despite the advice to vote for each item you want, it appears
you can't vote more than once. 

 

This being the case it appears the first few items are getting votes and
then everyone realizes they can't vote for the items further down the list
because they have used their vote up.
