Xander,
I would hazard a guess that it has to do with
security/permissions/.access rights. I would further postulate that its
with the registry or disk/folder/file. I would suggest some sort of
registry / file monitoring tool to trace it. Or even the Event Logs.
P.S. are you the one that twisted my arm many moons ago to give a talk
to NZ microcomputer society ?
