Hi,

Marco Cantu's Delphi 2005 book is about to be released. You can preorder it
from ITBooksOnline for only $66 australian dollars (40% off retail).

This is the link (not sure about ASP.NET specifics in it but there is a
chapter listing on his website www.marcocantu.com)
http://www.itbooksonline.com.au/catalogue/category1/p697

Also you can easily learn of any C# ASP.NET book, as C# is very similar in
most things to Delphi.

cheers,
Jeremy

Subject: [DUG] Any good resources for learning ASP.NET with Delphi?

I just started working on a simple web application in Delphi2005 and I am
struggling a bit to make even simple things like a master/detail with lookup
fields. Anybody that has some recommendations for
books/tutorials/websites/newlists that help me getting started? The Delphi
help seems to be pretty useless at explaining the basic howto's ... my 13
years of Delphi programming also don't help much dealing with these stupid
data-adapters/dataset component wizards ... and a google/amazon search
didn't brought up much useful(well, actually the BDSWebExample I found was
of some help).

.. or are there any opinions that before I plunge into the depths of D2005
I'd better to switch to VS.NET for ASP.NET programming, at least there are
plenty of books/resources available ;-/?!

Regards,
Stefan
