[DUG] Borland breakup demanded

If you read the Borland team leader's quotes (Troy Klukewich, Manager,
Product Documentation, Borland Software) on the Delphi Documentation
newsgroup borland.public.delphi.documentation, you get the impression
that things aren't getting funded any way ...

E.g.  "Resources are limited, but if we know exactly what topics
customers want, we can focus our attention wisely."
